I saw a RED-SHOULDERED HAWK not far from the railroad tracks at Buena Vista
Rd. At the Willow spot just across the tracks from Pintail Marsh there
were 4 BLACK-BELLIED PLOVERS with 20-25 DUNLIN. A BLACK PHOEBE was at
Pintail Marsh. Another 50 DUNLIN were starting to do their winter
formation flights. Why do they do this?
I saw the TROPICAL KINGBIRD 1/4 mile south of the Sandlake Store (Tillamook
Co) on a wire over a blue house yesterday.
