12:05pm Lesser Black-backed adult reported by David is continuing on island
rocks. Currently between first two islands north of Riverfront Park at the
Dalles. Very yellow legs next to California gulls, darker mantle, wash on head
and neck. Hard to see bill and eyes with the heavy wind but iris looked pale.
