Dear OBE.

Thank you for your recent participation on September the 12 at our 8th
annual golf outing.  I have spoken met with Dean Claggett the Director of
Golf at Two Eagles.  The recent golf course green and cart damage was caused
by the WFN group.  The member of the group driving went into the pro shop
and informed Two Eagles that she had hit the fence.  She will be responsible
for the cart damage.  I told Dean that if there are other incurred costs
associated with this incident OBE will cover it.  Dean will get back to me
regarding the assessment.

Dean assured me that he knows how an inexperienced golfing group can affect
the reputation of a group like OBE, and will absolutely not affect our
relationship with Two Eagles or our future tournament reservations.
Regarding the Head Superintendent I have offered something for their extra
efforts in golf course repair and maintenance.
