I have heard from everyone on executive today and there is support for
the acceptance of all three applicants. Business brief definitions were
adjusted slightly for Gary and Rodney. There were a few comments raised
which I relayed back to the executive but in the end no outright
opposition.
I think it is safe to say the executive have all agreed we are accepting
the three new members as their business briefs as noted below.
Please accept my apologies for not getting the executive/membership input
consultation part of my job done last week. Hopefully we can pull it
together for tomorrow.
The next step would be for Mary to prepare invoices for the new members.
The charter says the members must bring their cheque to pay for their dues
before we do the inductions. Mary, are you able to complete the invoices
for tomorrow? If this is not possible perhaps we should postpone the
inductions one week?
