Today we had a total of 33 members and spouses sign up on the list.
As discussed in the meeting after the meeting I have roughed out a menu.

The plan for those that weren't in the discussion; party will start at 2
with drinks/appies, we'll have some games around 3 for some team building
and fun then dinner around 4 with dessert to follow and have things wrapped
up around 6ish.
I will be looking into some entertainment whether it be a well know local
magician or a DJ or maybe a Duo. All will depend on costs and availability.
