Hi Everyone
I agree with Jerry, if there would have been one clear winner then that
individual would have received a free one year membership due, so how about on
behalf of all the individuals that we're eligible we would make a donation to
the Be an Angel campaign on our behalf which would have been equivalent to $400.
What do you think? Then I wouldn't give the original $300 we had talked about
on behalf of the membership.

There is no #1 recruiter this year. There were 7 new members this year. All
attributed to a different member.

This information was tabulated by Lana. Lana has recommended we recognize the
Promotion group as they introduced quite a few of the new members our first
pancake breakfast. Dave and I have discussed this and wanted to inform you as
an Executive, that the Promotions group are being rewarded for their work this
year and will be presented with awards at the Xmas party. The top recruiter is
rewarded with a free membership next year. This year there is no one as the
outright winner. We can give the members a -$100 each on their dues or not
award the Recruiter recipient this year. We have the awards updated, and here
are the confidential recipients.
Attendance: Arcola, Cooperators, Curves, Frank(maybe as he is travelling
to Germany for Xmas)
Referrals: Executive member, for both 1st and 3rd.

Community: Executive member
Our Next year’s Executive looks good regarding participation. Mary
(treasurer), Darlene, Frank, Dan, Jane, Denise, Norm/Jerry. Have all put their
names forward. We are adding Social and Promotions Directors like we had in
the past.
