In addition to other available services (e.g. e-discovery/archive, encryption, user support, content filtering, IDSync, etc.), Oregon Cloud Components include: o Exchange 2010 - Active Sync (iPhone, Android, Windows based Mobile devices) - Outlook Web Access o Office Communicator 2009 o SharePoint Foundation 2010 o Blackberry Server (Version 5.0 Service Pack 2) o Administration Console The first State customer that will be part of the dedicated environment is the Oregon Secretary of State which is scheduled to migrate to USA.NET by March 11, 2011. When that migration occurs 2200 of Oregon’s ~43,000 state agency users will be supported by USA.Net. The other current USA.NET customers (Oregon Department of Energy, Oregon Department of Revenue, Oregon State Marine Board, Business Oregon, Oregon Water Resources, and the Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board) that are currently utilizing the USA.Net Shared environment will be moving into the Oregon Cloud Environment based on agency specific migration schedules in the months to come. We have posted the PowerPoint Presentations that were used during our e-mail customer forum that we held on December 14, 2010 on the USA.Net website. These presentations contain useful information regarding service, pricing and strategy for e-mail deployment. ・ Statewide Email Value Proposition and Roadmap - http://www.oregon.gov/DAS/EISPD/ITIP/docs/SW_EMail_Value_Proposition_Roadmap.pdf ・ USA.Net Service and Pricing Overview - http://www.oregon.gov/DAS/EISPD/ITIP/docs/USANET_Oregon_121410.pdf Note: We do plan to hold a customer/stakeholder forum focused on the Oregon Cloud Environment sometime in the month of March.
