Hi Rachel.  I'd be happy to sit down and talk with you about our strategic
planning work that we completed a couple of years ago and continue to form
the basis for our work now and for the next 3 years.  I don't have things
that I can send to you without some explanation of what they are and why we
did we what we did.  If you'd like to that, go ahead and respond to me
directly and let me know what your availability looks like over the next
couple of weeks, and I'd be happy to meet with you.

I offer that support to anyone else that is also doing strategic

Metro is going to be updating its strategic plan for IT.  Has anyone here
done a strategic plan lately?  If so, would you mind sharing the scope of
work for the project and the results?
