The PUC partnered with community colleges to setup a remote public meeting in
the past. We rented the facility from the community college (video equipment
and location) and was able to host a meeting in different cities.

Our Board is looking to take the public meetings on the road to different
communities and maintain our current PEG Channel and Youtube live broadcasts. I
am looking for any input from anyone who has done that - what kind of equipment
or professional services did it take? We currently use a Tricaster and
Leightronix to code and stream and our rural areas have bandwidth issues. Thanks
