I'm attempting to put together a broad analysis on internal rates/charges
assessed by public agency IT shops and I could use your help finding some good
contacts to interview. We're looking at the current rate model we use to charge
our internal customers for things like access to the network, a help desk,
staff costs, etc., and we'd like to make some changes to increase transparency
and align with industry standards in the way we bill and break it out.
I'd be interested in speaking with someone in your organization that is
familiar with how the rates are charged and might have history about how the
model has evolved over time. If you have a contact that you'd be willing to
