OAGITM Members,
Your board is working hard getting the agenda set for the 2017 summer
conference! Please remember that the Summer conferences are essentially
Members Only (outside of member case studies & educational slots) - so we're
relying on you to help us build an exciting array of agenda topics.
Based on feedback from you and from folks that have already volunteered to
present, we have the following topics lined up so far:
1. Department of Revenue - Property Valuation System (PVS) by Gary Johnson
2. Possible Presentation: O365 case study/cloud - Oregon City & Tangent
3. Panel Presentation: Telephony Systems & Upgrades (4-5 to sit on a panel)
4. CJIS - Nick Harris, OSP
5. State Initiatives:
a. Basecamp Update (Larry Warren / Terrence Woods)
b. Data Sharing Bill Update (Sean McSpaden/Cy Smith)
c. Senate Bill 90 - IT Security Unification (Stefan Richards)
d. Statewide Network Core Project (Tony Black)
6. Microsoft Roadmap/Update
7. Keynote Speaker (TBD)
8. Possible Training Slot (end of day Friday / TBD) <-- would like input on
this one
However, we need to HEAR FROM YOU regarding additional possible agenda topics.
If you have topics you'd like to hear about OR that you'd like to present on,
please respond to me directly
