[oagitm] Mobile units for patrol cars

The Marion County Sheriff's Office is interested researching
alternatives to using Panasonic Toughbooks in patrol cars in order to
reduce costs.
 
Does anybody have a success story using a different vendor for mobile
units in patrol/police cars?
