I'm looking for recommendations for a company or consultant in the 
Mid-Willamette Valley that specializes in audio-visual setups in conference 
rooms capable of remote monitoring and recording of the conversations and 
activities that happen in the room. Need some guidance in the best way to set 
something up for our environment.

Backstory:
Our Mental Health program wants to implement something called "Parent-Child 
Interaction Therapy" or PCIT.  For the mildly interested you can learn more

Part of this therapy involves a therapist discretely monitoring the interaction 
between parent and child. A camera(s) and microphone(s) is located in the room 
and the parent wears an earbud so that a therapist can remotely observe and 
coach the parent through various activities. The audio and video needs to be 
both monitored real-time and recorded for later use.
