Hello, everyone. After over 34 years in PERS, I'm retiring at the end of this
month as Linn County's IT Director. The position will be filled temporarily
with an existing staff member as Interim Director for 3-5 months. If you know
anyone who is interested in applying for the Director position, please let them
know to watch the Linn County employment web page in 3-5 months. I'd be glad
to speak with anyone interested in the Director position, or respond through

I've enjoyed meeting and "talking shop" with all of you. I plan to take it
easy this summer, then see if I want to get a part-time job, or just use
