Hi Jean,
We are looking at this as well.   MotionDSP makes a solution called Ikena 
Splotlight and runs about $3,000.  https://www.motiondsp.com/ikena-spotlight-2/
It is fairly easy to use and appears to do a good job.  I think this is 
probably the route we will be going.
