Congratulations! The OAGITM Board is pleased to inform you have been selected
as a sponsor for the 2022 OAGITM Winter Conference at the Salishan Resort
starting at 6PM on Tuesday, February 15, 2022.
Your assigned sponsorship level is Lunch Sponsorship ($5000).
Within the next two weeks we will follow up this email with information
regarding conference registration, requirements for conference materials,
information on exhibiting, payment of the sponsor fee, and finalizing your
agenda topic if necessary.
You can reserve accommodations with the Salishan Resort by calling (877)
816-9910. Please let them know you are attending the "OAGITM Conference". We
ask that the number of attendees be limited to the number of registrations
assigned to the sponsor level in the Sponsor & Exhibitor Packet. There is
limited capacity at the Salishan and the attending membership has reservation
priority.
There is the threat of restrictions on mass gatherings due to the ongoing
pandemic. The position of the Board is to continue with conference planning
under the assumption the venue will be permitted to host the conference in
February. Currently in Oregon gatherings of this size are allowed with the
requirement masks are worn indoors when not eating or drinking.
We are looking forward to meeting everyone in February. The Board want to
ensure the conference is beneficial for all participants. If you have any
