Good morning,
Is anyone out there providing video conferencing for their public board
meetings with a solution they are happy with and willing to share details of?
Lane County's board is interested in having the capability for a commissioner
or commissioners to virtually attend a board meeting via video conference.
Beyond the typical video conferencing scenario would be the following needs:
* A way for each video-conferenced commissioner to be viewed on a
screen to the boardroom and public meeting
* A way for each video-conferenced commissioner to be viewed on the
board meeting video
* A way for projected conference materials (powerpoints, etc) to be
provided for the commissioner as well as the board meeting video
There are likely a few more logistics, but suffice to say it's more complex
than a typical video conference scenario. Any help is greatly appreciated!
