Joe,

Appreciate that, we are looking at using it for the same functions/reasons.  I 
meet with Tyler on Monday for the first time to understand the solution and 
then I will work with our stakeholders to start the ball rolling.  It will be 
great to hear straight from someone who has experienced the implementation 
first hand.  Would you have anytime later in the week to chat?  I can try and 
work something in if you do.

Hi Damian,

Which Tyler product are you interested.  There are several agencies using on 
implementing Munis and some are using Incode.  Here at Deschutes, we are using 
Munis for financials, payroll and HR.  We'd be happy to talk to you about our 
implementation if you're interested.
