Still have pockets of use in endoscopy and periop for rigors. Less use than
before but not eliminated.

Does anyone still have Demerol on formulary? We have pretty much eliminated it
here, but I am getting resistance from anesthesia and OB providers.
What is everyone else doing out there with Demerol?
