Good Afternoon,

For hospitals that provide medications to outpatient dialysis centers, how are
you managing formulary decisions regarding Sensipar, Parsabiv, Triferic, etc.
especially in light of bundled payments? For oral medications, such as
Sensipar, does the hospital provide daily dosing or the dose during each
dialysis treatment, with the patient taking their own supply of medication on
non-dialysis days?

Thank you,
Leila
