A health-system is looking to enhance current code cart policy.
"With the pharmacy currently owning our code cart process we are looking to
determine what policies and procedures exist as a best in class to manage the
code carts across multiple "towers" (physical locations). Enhancements from a
safety and LEAN perspective, as well as any logistics insights would be
appreciated. Is anyone also utilizing a 3rd party/ 3PL or are there other
processes outside of supply chain / Pharmacy?"
