It varies by institution but here at Southampton, Pharmacy distributes and
tracks lot# etc. for  Albumin and IVIG.  Rhogam is handled by the lab I believe
due to the testing that is needed. The DOH performs site visits and usually
asks for the records. Hope this helps.

RhoGAM, and/or IVIG or is this done by the laboratory at your facility?  What
literature and/or regulations were used to determine the best location for
