At Bellevue we send a note (email), that gets attached to an interrupt email
that warns the provider (the resident, the senior resident and the attending of
record) that a Stewardship intervention/recommendation has been made, the
recommendation is in the body of the interrupt email and is signed by both the
Stewardship Pharmacist and the Chief of ID.
