The primary function of the role will be to lead the development and execution of the work package. This will include developing and agreeing the scope, objectives and project plan of the required work in a detailed Terms of Reference document. It will involve managing commitment from key stakeholders, coordination with the other work-packages and affected parts of the organisation. Most importantly it will require project managing the implementation of the Toolset from sign off through to deployment.

Typical responsibilities of the Tool Implementation will be to:
Develop a detailed Terms of Reference including:
Scope and Objectives
Detailed work-stream definition, timelines and milestones
Resource Requirements
Budget
Manage detailed requirements gathering including by region
Perform detailed qualification of the Remedy ITSM V7 toolset addressing its functionality against detailed requirements, hardware dependencies and on-going costs
Manage the configuration (and Customisation) of the application
Manage deployment of the package
Plan and manage communications to key affected people and areas
Manage the resourcing of the project team

Nice to have:
ITIL certified (at ‘Practitioner’ level)
•Extensive experience of configuration and deployment of service management tools
•Prior experience deploying Remedy based solutions
•Experience of global deployment
Experienced in MS Project / Excel / Powerpoint/ Word
