Hi,

What we tried to say is as under:

Pressed the applications key on the translation folder. In the pop-up menu, chose "Git bash here" and pressed enter. In the command window that appeared, the command "svn update" was typed and the enter key pressed. Instead of updating the 'ta' folder, the error message (skipped) as given by Navarasan was displayed. However, the 'ta' folder was successfully checked out using the command "svn checkout http://....";

Hope we have clarified our query.

Thanks,

DINAKAR

Hi,
Okay, you need to checkout any part of translations repository using Subversion
(svn), not Git.
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: Re: [nvda-translations] Unable to update the TA folder!

I wish to add that we had written to a couple of translators personally and
however, they could not suggest a way to resolve this issue.

Our question is that when the 'ta' folder could be checked out using the GIT,
why it could not be updated?

An early suggestion will be highly appreciated.

Thanks,

DINAKAR
