[nvda-translations] Tamil manifest file in dropbox addon is OK now

Hi Patrick and Mesar,
I have downloaded and installed the dropbox addon from NVDA community
web site. There is no problem with the Tamil manifest now. It is working
fine.
But, in the Addon Manager dialog, instead of the name, the summary in
Tamil is displayed.
