[nvda-translations] SystrayList ranslation errors

Hi,
Has you all might guess, there were some problems with systrayList
translations. Problems were all related with manifest file encodings.
As Mesar stated many times, manifest.ini files must be encoded in
utf-8. If not, NvDA can't read them, and so the add-on can't be installed.
For systrayList, the following manifest files have errors:
Galician, spanish, and korian. Most others had too, but I was able to
fix them.
I ask the translations to encode this files in untf-8 and commit to
svn, whemever to,e +er,ots.
meanwhile, we are trying to find a more suitable solution for manifest
file translation, so that these problems can be avoided.
