[nvda-translations] Settings file in SVN

Hi Mesar,
I updated SVN today and find that the "settings' file has been replaced.
But, the file extension is missing. I remember it to be a text file.
Should I
add the extension .txt and use it?
I require the Winamp files for translation and therefore, I need to open
the settings file.
