Hi all,
NVDA 2013.3rc1 has just been released. This is a release candidate,
which means that unless any critical issues are found, this will be
identical to the final 2013.3 release. See this post for download links:

Note that this is not being posted to the NVDA announcement list because
this is a testing release and we've decided it probably doesn't make
sense to post about testing releases to general users.
