[nvda-translations] Formatting information

Hi Jamie,
In Tamil interface, when the formatting information is read using NVDA+f
command in MS Word, attributes such as 'heading', 'normal', are read
only in English. However, the other attributes such as bold, italic,
underlined, etc., are read in tamil.
Kindly fix the same.
