I checked that it's under development before replying to the rusian
translator, and that the binary isn't translated.

I thought I tagged it as stable. I tag things as stable unless people----------------------------------------------------------------

Hi Tyler,
Is your add-on ready to go? If so, please let us know so it can be
tagged as stable.
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [nvda-addons] speakPasswords add-on
Hi, I have a public repo about an add-on that I commented on this
list, but finally the code didn't result satisfactory for me since
it contains a monkey patch of an api method, and I discontinued it,
considering that there is an issue for this.
But I know that it's required by some people, and another add-on
named speakPasswords, by other author, was posted on the add-ons
website.
I've received an attachment with a Rusian translation for
reportPasswords, and I've sent an e-mail to the translator telling
about speakPasswords. So I report this to the list in case it should
be declared as stable to be translated.
My repo is at
https://github.com/nvdaes/reportpasswords
<https://github.com/nvdaes/reportpasswords>
Cheers.
