I see you are using Microsoft Outlook Express 6.00.2900.5931, which is
probably quite old by now. You might
consider switching to an open standard compliant mailreader.

or a search on google will bring up some other suggestions.
It would be great to support other open source solutions as well as
NVDA, they are probably more likely to fix accessibility issues than closed
source software.
