Hi,
Stable add-ons: I'd vote for them to go live now so users can use them.
Besides, refactoring would mean testing them, so it'll take time which could
help us detect critical issues.
Refactored add-ons: I'd suggest creating a branch to hold t2694 code (the
new template) so the authors and users can test the modifications and for
authors to report bugs with the new template, if any.

Hi Joseph, if you want we can merge SPL with the new template, including the
new scons pacage for Gettext, etc., and then we merge it into stable branch,
I upload all this to development section of our website and after two weeks
it will be available.
Or just we can upload to stable add-ons, as changes just affect to
docHandler.
I don't know if refactored add-ons needs to be released as development or
directly stable.
