[nvda-addons] InstantTranslate add-on, Urlip error

Hi,
some users found a url error below reported;
URLError: <urlopen error [Errno 10061] No connection could be made
because the target machine actively refused it.>
The PC is connected to internet, but NVDA ANNOUNCES the error message
when wants to translate with InstantTranslate.
Any helps?
