Since a number of us have confirmed that this add-on has returned, I'd like
to offer up a chance for this add-on to go through basic review. Unlike the
ones we've done, reviewers will look at the diff between 4.0 and this
version unless a fuller review is requested.
For Beqa: let us know if you'd like one of us to perform a basic review once
you believe it is ready for the general public.
