[nvda-addons] Instant Translate: Shortcut key for Instant Translate Settings in Preferences menu

Hi,
At the moment, Instant Translate Settings does not have a shortcut key
fromPreferences Menu. Thus, I'd like to propose T (for Translate) for
shortcut from the menu.
