[nvda-addons] Control Usage Assistant: Version 1.0 Beta 2 released

Hi folks,
Beta 2 of Control Usage Assistant has been released. There are no
translatable string changes, so you don't have to worry about new or
fuzzy translations.
New in beta 2:
* Couple new languages were added (including Arabic). With recent
system changes, no further languages will be added until next week
when the translations come in automatically (Mesar added CUA to system
file). The expected languages for next week include Brazilian
Portuguese, Japanese, Turkish and others.
* You can now read help messages in braille (I do have a braille
display for use when testing this).

Again the file is not up on the official Add-ons page - I'll upload
the file there to see if the system can pick it up.
