[nvda-addons] Control Usage Assistant

Hi, I reviewed this add-on and have a concern:
When a link is focused but the cursor is in other place, pressing NVDA+h
NVDA announces a help message to active the link with Enter or Space,
and it doesn't work at least the cursor is over the link or we are in
focus mode.
Imo this add-on can be very important, though I don't use it.
