When I went to:
https://bitbucket.org/nvdaaddonteam/audioThemes
Bitbucket says 404 error. For some reason, unlike GitHub, Bitbucket wants
things to be case sensitive. This will come back for Tone Master later today
(I'll keep a very close eye on this).

Hi, I think that the problem could be fixed changing the add-on name,
instead of AudioThemes, use audioThemes, as requested in add-ons guidelines.
I don't know in dept the workflow system processes developed by Mesar, but
names are important.
I see that in available.d, there is a file named 10_audiothemes, but I have
downloaded the AudioThemes add-on, please take atention on capitalized
leters.

Could it be that:
* mr/add-on ID mismatch? If so, this is a critical showstopper and is
something the author will need to look into.
* URL is different? If so, I'll look at it next week, as I'm taking a
break until tomorrow.
* Something else?
