[nvda-addons] Add-on update notification: would Twitter be good for this?

Hi,
Someone from the NVDA list suggested add-on auto-updates. I told him
that a Twitter notification would be better for this, since add-on
development schedule is set by add-on writer(s).
Any thoughts on this proposal?
