[nvda-addons] A few list changes and commit messages

Hi NVDA add-on writers and users,
A quick announcement on list management changes and about the
commit messages:
* Admins: me (Joseph), Mike Ray and Mesar Hameed (NVDA
translations manager).
* As of now, whenever someone pushes to our add-on code repo,
you'll see an email with the commit message. The subject line
would look something like, "commit/reponame: pusher's name and
commit message." You can use the subject line to filter the
commit message (of course, add-on writers, please feel free to
explain the commit if necessary).
