Hi,
We meet tomorrow at 1pm in room 107. I will talk about Hecke rings,
following Section 4.2 in Chenevier-Lannes.
We'll have a break next week along with everything else at the uni, and
return on Wednesday 24 April. My plan for the near future is to
continue going through Chapter 4, which would result in the following
rough list of talks:
* General setup for automorphic forms on Z-groups (Section 4.3)
* Special case of automorphic forms on orthogonal groups (Section 4.4)
* Special case of automorphic forms on symplectic groups aka Siegel
modular forms (Section 4.5)
After that we can jump into the discussion of theta series in Chapter 5
and/or Langlands parameters in Chapter 6.
I am happy for anyone who is interested to claim any of the above, or
other sections in the book that they want to talk about. Just let me
know so we can organise the schedule.
