Dear All,

Next week Brian will give the last talk in this semester. Details are as

The title of my presentation for next week is,

"Comprehensive synthetic ground truth simulation for NGS tumour data."

During the presentation I will outline what can be gained from simulating 
tumour NGS data and summarize existing methods for doing so, referring in 
particular to two papers,

I will also outline work in progress within Cathal’s group to provide a more 
comprehensive solution to this problem.
