I would nweed far more than a password.
I would need to know:
1. How to get to the site?
2. after doing password how do I find the paper?
3. How do I actually choose HTML
4. How do I do the down load?
5. How to select HtML
Far better RNIB addresses the issue as to why email doesn't
always send the HTML file.
