Dear Joan, Dereck et al:
Here in Canada CNIB ceased producing its only general audience
Braille magazine, The Braille Courier a few years ago. The
production cost was stated as the reason for its demise.
Perhaps RNIB will suggest to all local authorities in the UK and
Northern Ireland they run down to the local PC and access
technology monger to buy a PC with HAL or Jaws and a 40-cell
Braille display for all of the dedicated Braille readers such as
the Deaf-Blind.
