Hi James,
All of my papers have now come through today.
Yesterday, I didn’t get the Mail on Sunday via e-mail but I picked it up off
your website. The Sunday times cam in ok.

Subject: [ntnm] RNIB Newsagent: newspapers on Monday morning
Good morning,
We are aware that the newspapers didn’t go out by email this morning or up on
our website. We are working urgently on this to get a resolution. We have
the newspaper content from our supplier and the fault on this occasion is with
RNIB IT systems.
On Saturday the newspapers were late going out, this was due to a different
fault with our supplier and as soon as we received the newspapers, RNIB systems
worked and passed them on by email and updated the website.
I fully appreciate that for you, as the newspaper reader, it results in your
not having the newspaper to read at the normal time whatever the cause.
We have had a few issues in the past month and are keenly aware of this. We
will be discussing this in depth with our IT colleagues once we have today’s
papers out to everyone.
With apologies, James
