Well how many people expect  shops,  restaurants,  pubs,  to open
on a Sunday,  and bank holidays?

Are those staff not entitled to  a full bank holiday weekend?

So what's the  difference.

I'm sorry, but I think it's unreasonable to expect it to be fixed on a
Sunday, or bank holiday, especially when papers are on the website, so
the
issue seems to be an email one.
Yes, I see your frustrations, but it's also a subsidised service, and
things
go wrong.
Personally, there are more important things to worry about than the
odd
missed paper - not so long ago, you wouldn't've even had them.

Hi Dan
yes,  I do expect things to  be fixed on a Sunday or bank holiday.
And we hardly  had problems with the old set-up.

If a sighted person's  news paper  was not  delivered, I doubt they
still
pay for it!

Derek

Derek,

What you thought things would be fixed on a Sunday--bank holiday
Monday?  I
don't think so!!  Today's papers are on web site.  That's probably
just some
of them

I don't think any  papers have come through today Sunday.

I have not had Sunday  Times, Sunday Telegraph,  and The Observer.

It's so  annoying because we are paying for what we don't get.

                Hi,

I didn't get the Sunday Times or Mail on Sunday via e-mail today.  I
did get
them off the web site.
