We are looking for some "tasty" receipes for our "A
Taste of Heritage" cookbook, benefitting the TRACE
Camp 2011 Transportation Railroad Aviation Career
Education Cookbook fundraiser. The cookbooks will

Eagle Aviation Camp 2011
The Eagle Aviation Academy is an intensive one-week
program that educates youngsters about the evolution
of commercial aviation in history and the importance
of the industry in the world today. The program is
designed to encourage 5th through 8th graders to
develop an appreciation for the field of aviation by
participating in a series of unique,
"behind-the-scenes" experiences at various
operations.
