an Organizational Development Analyst Sr Staff. This is a Senior Manager level 
position, and the person selected will work within the T&D function at Lockheed 
in a highly visible, developmental role.  The salary will likely be between 
120K to 150K, and LMCO is looking to review a very diverse slate of candidates.

Lockheed Martin Position:

Organizational Development Analyst Sr Staff

This position is the Talent Development Program Leader for Lockheed Martin's 
Enterprise-wide high potential talent mid-career development programs. Specific 
responsibilities include high potential pipeline development as well as program 
management of the Leadership Executive Assessment & Development (LEAD) and 
Engaging & Connecting Emerging Leaders (ExCEL) programs. Individual in this 
position will be responsible for coordinating with business area POCs to ensure 
quality selection and implementation of these programs as well as responsible 
for the expansion of the ExCEL program to various corporate-wide functions. The 
individual will also have responsibility to develop a consistent 
enterprise-wide process for Action Learning of high potentials and oversight of 
high potential talent movement as well as development of career paths for high 
potential employees; this position will work closely with the Talent Management 
Programs Lead and Diversity to ensure all Development Programs align with the 
Corporate-Wide Talent Management strategy and processes. The individual will be 
responsible for the development and management of Executive Round Table 
Mentoring and additional high potential programs based on business strategy and 
organizational needs.

Minimum Requirements.  Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related 
discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 15 years or more 
of professional experience; or 13 years of professional experience with a 
related Masters degree. Considered an expert, authority in discipline.

Required Skills.  Effective program management and communication skills. Change 
Management skills, the ability to effectively work across businesses and 
functions; effective leadership skills, analytical and results orientation.

Desired Skills.  Prior knowledge/experience in Learning & Organization 
Development and Talent Management. Assessment and Coaching experience desired.
