We have an ediscovery/document review project in downtown Washington, D.C. at 
an AmLaw 100 firm that requires licensed attorneys who have either a Mechanical 
or Civil Engineering Degree (absolute requirement).  You will review 
engineering documents and reports, among other documents.

The details:

Estimated Start: 04/05/10 (approximate)
Duration: Estimated at least 3 months, and up to 5 months
Hours: 40 hour maximum/week (no overtime)
Location: On-site at law firm in downtown Washington, D.C.
Pay Rate: $40.00/Hour (Status: 1099 Independent Contractor)
Your status: you will be a 1099 Independent Contractor.


Requirements:


 *   Must be licensed/bar active (any U.S. jurisdiction)
 *   Must have an undergraduate or post-graduate degree in Mechanical 
Engineering or Civil Engineering.  We are sorry, but a Mech E or Civil Eng 
background without a degree is not sufficient.
 *   Can start working as early as Mon., 4/5/10, on-site at the law firm in 
Washington, D.C.
 *   Can work at least 40 hours/week for approximately 3 to 5 months.
 *   You must have a minimum of 1 year of electronic document review experience.

documents/CAD Drawings.  Please specify type of case, document  types reviewed, 
and law firms
f.          What professional (non-legal) Mechanical or Civil Engineering 
experience you have
g.         Approximately how many ediscovery doc review projects you have been 
on
h.         Where you are currently located
i.          Whether you are on a doc review project now or doing other work
j.          When you can be available
k.         If you are able to work a minimum of 40 hours/week
l.          What the maximum number of hours/week you are willing to work
m.        Where you are licensed/active to practice law (required) and your bar 
number
n.         What law school you attended
o.         Your law school GPA
